Soil: Limestone-rich soils with southwestern exposure.

Harvest: Manual selection of grapes. The harvest began in late September and concluded in early October.

Vinification: Fermentation occurred in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, with maceration on the skins for about 15 days to extract color and tannins. Malolactic fermentation took place in barriques.

Maturation: The wine aged for approximately 12–14 months in French oak barrels, followed by an additional 12 months of bottle aging before release.

Tasting Notes: Deep ruby red color. The nose offers complex aromas of ripe red fruits, cherries, and plums, complemented by notes of vanilla, chocolate, and sweet spices. On the palate, it is full-bodied and well-structured, with velvety tannins and a long, persistent finish.
