DELIVERY INFORMATION
COURIER DELIVERY (Tuesday-Friday), SHIPPING RATES (UK MAINLAND ONLY)
EXPRESS 1 to 3 BUSINESS DAYS (Tues-Fri): £10, up to 15kg; £20, above 15kg.
DELIVERY DATE
We deliver Tuesday through until Friday, we do not deliver on Saturday and Sunday.
EXPRESS DELIVERY
All of our parcels are shipped with express couriers as standard, usually with Royal Mail or DHL. In accordance with all UK courier terms and conditions it is not guaranteed that your parcel will arrive the next day. Please consider this when planning for an event or party whereby goods absolutely have to be delivered on time.

FRESH TRUFFLES, shipping and order confirmation when the product is NOT in stock
Truffle is a fresh and perishable product so, to guarantee the freshness to our clients we keep small stocks quantities in London.

Shipments of fresh truffles FROM ITALY to us in London are processed from Monday to Wednesday. This is to avoid that the packages, due to any delays, remain in the courier depots and jeopardize the conservation of the fresh product. The fresh truffle is brushed, placed in special isothermal containers and delivered in 24 hours FROM ITALY TO US IN LONDON.
CHANGES TO YOUR DELIVERY
Any attempt to change your delivery address or divert your parcel once it has been dispatched is done so at your own risk. Please make sure all delivery information is correct when placing your order. We cannot be liable for loss or delay of parcels whereby the customer has requested to change the delivery address whilst their order is in transit. We cannot be liable for theft or spoilage of goods whereby you were not available to personally receive them.
PACKAGING
For the shipping of fresh goods such as fresh truffles, we use high quality insulated packaging to keep your products perfect through the courier network. To keep fresh truffles at the correct temperature we use a frozen gel pack, completely food safe and fully recyclable/reusable.
