Paté with White Truffle 85g

A soft white mousse made with butter and cream, accompanied by delicious white and bianchetto truffles. An excellent base for any first course, and for a delicious truffle sandwich. Our white truffle pâté is one of our most iconic and popular products. Recommended serving size for a first course: approximately 30-40 g. Gluten-free.  

Ingredients

cream, potatoes, sunflower seed oil, butter, white truffle (Tuber magnatum Pico) 1.5%, bianchetto truffle (Tuber borchii Vitt) 1.5%, salt, flavouring.
