One of our first recipes dating back to 1988. Stefania Calugi had the idea of melting the butter and adding the slices of truffle. Widely used product, simply spread on a canape or used for the preparation of any dish including dessert. A real delicacy. Given the presence of slices of bianchetto truffle we can not add fresh truffle to the dish. For a first course, use about 20 g of product. Gluten-free product, also suitable for children.
Butter 94%, bianchetto truffle (Tuber borchii Vitt.) 4%, white truffle (Tuber magnatum Pico) 1%, salt, flavorings.
